Navvyasa Consulting is hiring for one of our clients Fryble Solar, for the role or Manager – Solar Sales. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is looking to either start their career or move up the ladder in growing field of Solar Energy –
Role & responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique energy needs and requirements of customers to offer tailored solar solutions. Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and provide recommendations based on their specific circumstances.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout the sales process. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solar products and services. Clearly articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotes outlining the scope of work, pricing details, and project timelines. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and secure signed contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence and insights to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management to track performance and progress towards sales goals.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven track record of success in solar sales or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
