Navvyasa Consulting is looking for an HRBP-Talent Acquisition candidate for one of our clients based out of Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition
strategies aligned with business objectives. - Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding new hires. - Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding
initiatives to attract top talent. - Talent Assessment: Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications
and fit. - Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.
- HR Policies: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficient in MS Office Suite.
● Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in HRIS systems and data
