Primary Role Description:
End-to-end management of travel vertical
The ideal applicant will work at a strategic level, assisting in the discovery of new revenue streams along with expanding existing distribution avenues in travel insurance domain. This person will be the Owner the business numbers of travel insurance
He will also work at strategic level, developing the partner/agent engagement along with giving best-in-class sales & Service experience for travel vertical.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Demonstrable experience of leading and managing Travel Vertical is required
– Connect in travel industry to increase the partner/business tie ups
– Defining the revenue/sales target for travel vertical through different channels life Digital, Broking, bancassurance & Agent as well as monitoring their progress. Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly business targets
– Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for developing strategy/plans, R&Rs for exponential growth
– Excellent project management capability (working with cross functional team IT, U/W, Ops etc.)
– Strong Analytical Skills & Data Driven thinking
– Extremely good communication, relationship management skills
– Team Management
– Work towards creating a customer engagement calendar for the year by identifying & creating more touch points
– Analyse the impact of customer engagement activates on business

– No. of new projects undertaken

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
– 5-7 Years of work ex
– 3-4 years of experience in leading and managing Digital Partnerships/ working as lead consultant for insurance project
– Has a track record for executing revenue generating partnerships with Fintech Companies/ consultant/brokers
– MBA in Sales & Marketing
– Has a track record for executing revenue generating business
