We are looking for an Assistant Vice President Tele Sales for one of our clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage the large telesales team for multiple locations to achieve sales
targets.
Develop and implement telesales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure the team is adequately trained and up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques,
and industry trends.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive telesales plan to achieve sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Ensure the telesales team follows up on leads, nurtures customer relationships, and closes deals
effectively.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day telesales operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
Implement CRM tools and systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure
alignment on sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Develop strategies to retain existing customers and enhance customer loyalty.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify trends.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and strategies.
Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions for the team on new policies, regulations, and best practices
in grievance handling.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the grievance department.
