Job Responsibilities:
- Building & maintaining client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities for our Omni commerce SaaS solution for B2B business in India.
- Exploring New business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Relationship & retention of existing business accounts.
- Cross sell & upsell other product offerings & features.
Principle Duties:
- Managing and growing customer accounts.
- Delivering tailored solutions based on product features.
- On-site client visits and demonstrations.
- Collaborating with Insides sales and customer success teams
- Collaboratively with various stakeholders of the customer.
Desired Skill:
- Ambitious, Hustler & curious to unlearn & learn.
- Sales, Relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to understand customer’s need / Problems & articulate solutions.
Educational Qualification & Experience :
- Experience in SaaS Sales/ Banking & Finance will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for collaboration across varying teams.
