We are hiring for a client in the battery segment for an ERB head for the expansion in the said domain. This is a pan India position that will handle the E ricksha battery division at national level.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Distribution & Channel Management: Managing and optimizing the various sales channels a company uses to distribute its products or services. This involves developing strategies to enhance relationships with channel partners, streamline distribution processes, and maximize sales performance
– Inform and inspire others, it encompasses verbal, nonverbal, and written messages. From giving instructions and feedback to direct reports, to sharing the vision with employees, to mediating conflict with teams, to providing updates to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
– B.com/ Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing
– 15-20 years of Experience in same or related Field
– Strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations. Ability to empathize with customers and translate their feedback into actionable product improvements
– Excels in teamwork and fosters a cooperative environment among diverse groups. Shows respect for different perspectives and values the contribution of each team member.
– Displays a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. Focuses on achieving tangible results and demonstrates perseverance in overcoming obstacles.
