Navvyasa Consulting is seeking candidates for one of our clients who can communicate with clients in a mature and professional way and align themselves with business and organizational goals to identify sales opportunities and handle customer queries/complaints.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and clear thought-process.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
-Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Display basic etiquette on calls.
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
-Identify opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation with a degree in either stream.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Adapt to the organizational culture and discipline. Urge to work in a mature way
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Shift- Day with 9 hours shift, 8 hours production: 6 Days working 1 rotational off.
