Navvyasa Consulting is looking for a Master Trainer for one of our clients to impart in-depth knowledge and skills to employees and partners, particularly in the areas of installation, quality inspection, sales, and services.
Key Responsbilities
● 5+ years experienced candidates
● Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring that employees and partners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
● Quality Control Training: Contribute to quality standards by ensuring that personnel are proficient in quality inspection, minimizing defects and ensuring product excellence.
● Budget Management: Efficiently manage the budget allocated for training programs, optimizing resources, and controlling costs
● Training Delivery: Provide training and knowledge transfer to employees and partners, ensuring that they are well-prepared to meet customer expectations in terms of quality, sales, and service.
● Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from trainees and incorporate it into training program enhancements to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.
●Training Delivery: Provide effective and engaging training sessions, adapting to the diverse learning needs of trainees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
● Mentorship: Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting their professional growth.
● Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and provide constructive feedback to trainees, guiding them in improving their performance and competence
●Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the training team and other colleagues to facilitate the delivery of training programs and ensure a cohesive approach to knowledge transfer.
● Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert in uPVC and aluminum doors and windows, enabling employees and partners to excel in their roles, particularly in installation and quality inspection.
● Content Development: Create and maintain training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to support training programs.
● Assessment and Certification: Develop evaluation methods to assess trainees’ competence and establish certification processes to validate their proficiency.
● Training Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and update them to align with the evolving needs of the organisation and its employees.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
● Subject Matter Expertise: Profound knowledge of uPVC and aluminum doors and windows, including technical specifications, installation procedures, quality control standards, and industry best practices
● Training Methodologies: Proficiency in adult learning principles and various training methodologies, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
● Content Development: Skills in creating and updating training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
● Quality Control: In-depth understanding of quality control and inspection processes specific to uPVC and aluminum products, ensuring that trainees are well-prepared to maintain quality standards.
