Must-Have Specifications:
● 10+ Years of Experience
● Strong Telesales Operations Experience: Proven experience in managing and optimizing telesales
operations.
● Managed Large Telesales Teams: Experience in managing a telesales team of 70+ members.
● Hands-On Approach: Ability to get into details and work directly with agents if needed.
● Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Management: Extensive experience in managing inside sales and
outbound sales teams.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of data analytics, funnel management, and
conversion improvement methods.
Good-To-Have Specifications:
● Revenue Generation Experience: Experience in generating revenue of 100+ cr.
● Appointment Setting Expertise: Skilled in setting and managing client appointments.
● Client Visit Management: Experience in managing operations where fixed time visits from
buyers/clients are required.

3. Hands-On Leadership: Engage with agents directly, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective inside sales and outbound sales strategies.
5. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve sales funnels and conversion rates.
6. Revenue Management: Drive revenue generation efforts to achieve and exceed the 100+ cr target.
7. Client Interaction: Manage appointment settings and ensure quality client visits.
8. Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics to assess and enhance team performance and visit quality.
