Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEO and
running ads on Google and Meta platforms. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and
conversions for Argmac’s architectural services. - Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content development to improve search
engine rankings and organic visibility. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
(including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads). - Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize
campaign performance and ROI. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that
resonate with target audiences. - Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
to ensure Argmac remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance to
stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. - Work closely with the marketing team to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall
marketing strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEO and running ads
on Google and Meta platforms. - Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns,
- with a strong understanding of key metrics and analytics.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and experience with Google Ads
and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-
functional team environment. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous
improvement.
