Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Associate.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and position specifications.
• Source potential candidates using various methods such as online job boards, social media, and database searches
• Screen candidate resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and interest in job opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client presentation.
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings as part of the screening process.
Qualifications Required:
• Any Graduate (preferably HR) with 0-2 years experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about recruitment.
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Additional Skills
• Previous internship or work experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools for candidate sourcing like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc
• Knowledge of candidate assessment techniques.
